Documents you upload (site plans, photos, drawings).

We use your information to:

Prepare your resource consent application documents.
Communicate with you about your application.
Send you your completed draft documents.
Process payments.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you opt in.

3. AI Processing

We use artificial intelligence to assist in drafting your application documents. Your information is processed by AI systems to generate draft text. A human reviews every draft before delivery. Your data is not used to train AI models.

4. Who We Share With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Auckland Council — only if you purchase the Done-For-You package and we lodge on your behalf.
Payment processors (Stripe) — to process your payment securely.
Cloud service providers (Cloudflare, Tally, Google) — who host our website, forms, and data storage.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Form submissions are stored by Tally (EU-based). Documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We retain your data for 2 years after your consent application is completed, then delete it unless you request otherwise.

6. Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of any inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your information.
